Joseph Russo was born and raised in Monterey, California. He attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) from 2011 to 2015, where he earned a degree in Agri-Business. He began his professional career in tech sales before transitioning into heavy machinery and material handling. While he found success in technology, Joseph especially valued working with professionals in the trades—a connection that resonates personally, as his father is a small business owner in the industry.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys staying active through golf, exercise, and recreational sports. He also loves spending time outdoors with his young English bulldog, who enjoys beach walks and playing fetch.
